Revenue Share Policy

Last Updated: 26 July 2026

This Revenue Share Policy explains how contributors earn revenue through the Freevecs platform. It forms part of your contract with PRSM L.P. and must be read together with the Terms and Conditions, the Contributor Agreement and the Privacy Policy.

If you upload Files to Freevecs you agree to this Policy.

1. Purpose of This Policy

This Policy describes:

• how revenue is generated on Freevecs
• how Net Revenue is calculated
• how contributor earnings are measured
• payout schedules, thresholds and currencies
• rules on fraud, compliance and disputes

It applies to all contributors and all uploaded Files.

2. Revenue Sources

Eligible revenue shared with contributors comes primarily from:

  1. Advertising revenue generated by user visits, impressions and rewarded ad views delivered through our advertising partners.

  2. Any future monetisation channels directly tied to downloads or engagement with Files.

Revenue from sponsorships, custom placements, promotional campaigns or business development initiatives may or may not be included in the pool at Freevecs’ discretion.

3. Net Revenue Calculation

Revenue is calculated on a net basis. Net Revenue means total revenue actually received by Freevecs after deducting:

• advertising network fees
• payment processing fees
• refunds and chargebacks
• taxes collected on behalf of authorities
• fraud adjustments from advertising partners
• any directly attributable operational costs connected to monetisation

Only Net Revenue is used for contributor payouts.

4. Contributor Revenue Split, Rankings and Bonuses

4.1 Default split

Contributors receive 80 percent of earnings attributable to their Files. Freevecs retains 20 percent.

4.2 Top Contributor bonus split

Contributors who rank in the Top 10 in the previous month (based on downloads and weighted engagement) earn a 90 percent split for the entire following month.

4.3 Future earning enhancements

Freevecs may introduce limited time multipliers, bonuses or seasonal incentive programmes. Any such programme will be published in advance.

5. Measurement and Attribution

Freevecs measures contributor earnings using internal metrics which may include:

• number of Downloads
• rewarded ad completions
• country and device weighting
• engagement signals
• platform-wide anti-fraud and quality filters

Freevecs may exclude invalid activity, such as:

• bot traffic
• automated or repeated self-downloads
• incentivised or artificial traffic
• VPN or proxy masking
• behaviour that manipulates impressions or download counts

Freevecs determinations on measurement, attribution, validity and ranking are final.

6. Payouts

6.1 Currency

All payouts are made in euros (EUR) via PayPal unless Freevecs adds additional payout methods in the future.

6.2 Threshold

The minimum payout threshold is €10. Balances below the threshold are carried over to the next month.

6.3 Schedule

Payouts are issued within 40 days after the close of each month.
Payout timing is dependent on the receipt of funds from our advertising partners and payment processors.
For example, if an ad partner pays Net Revenue on Net+35 terms, contributor payouts follow that timing.

6.4 Responsibility for accurate payout details

Contributors are responsible for providing correct payout information.
Freevecs is not responsible for failed payments caused by incorrect PayPal or account details.

6.5 Dormant accounts

If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months Freevecs may suspend payouts until identity confirmation is provided.

7. Taxes, VAT and Compliance

7.1 Your tax responsibility

Contributors receive payouts gross and are fully responsible for reporting and paying any taxes owed in their jurisdiction.

7.2 EU VAT

For VAT-registered businesses in the EU, reverse charge may apply where appropriate.

7.3 KYC and AML

Freevecs may require identity verification documents to comply with legal obligations.

7.4 US reporting

PRSM does not issue US 1099 forms.
PayPal or other payment processors may issue reporting forms, such as 1099-K, when required by their local laws.

8. Fraud, Breach and Offsets

Freevecs may withhold, delay or offset payouts if:

• fraud or manipulation is suspected
• invalid activity is detected in analytics
• Files violate intellectual property rights
• Freevecs receives a rights-holder complaint
• ad partners claw back funds
• your contributor account is suspended or under investigation
• you breach your Contributor Agreement or the Terms and Conditions
• Freevecs is legally required to do so

Freevecs may permanently withhold earnings associated with fraudulent, invalid or non-compliant activity.

9. Changes to This Policy

Freevecs may update this Policy from time to time.
Material changes will be provided with at least 30 days’ notice, either by email or via a notice in the Contributor Dashboard.

Continued uploading or participation after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

This Policy is governed by Greek law and applicable EU law.

Any disputes arising under this Policy must be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.

Disputes regarding payouts must be raised in writing within 30 days of payment or the payout will be deemed accepted.
