Do I have to charge for my files?
No, and that’s the point. Your files are free to download for everyone, which is what drives the traffic. The revenue comes from ads, not from putting a price tag on individual files. Free downloads mean more people use your work, which means more earnings.
What file formats can I upload?
Freevecs supports AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, CDR, PSD, FIG, and more. If you work in any major vector or design application, your files are almost certainly supported.
Do I keep ownership of my files?
Yes, completely. Uploading to Freevecs gives the platform the rights to host, display, and distribute your files for download. You retain full ownership. Users can use your files in their own design work but cannot resell or redistribute them.
How do I track my earnings?
Your contributor dashboard shows uploaded files, analytics, estimated earnings, and your current ranking position. Everything is in one place and updated regularly.
Can I upload files I made years ago?
Yes. Old project files, archived artwork, icon sets you’ve been reusing for years, all of it is eligible as long as it meets the quality guidelines and you own the rights to it. Your back catalogue is a library waiting to be monetised.
What happens if I want to leave?
You can delete your contributor account at any time. Any outstanding approved earnings above the €10 threshold will be paid on the next scheduled cycle. Files may be removed from the platform after account deletion.
